Our thanks to some of our corporate volunteers who installed a new sensory garden for our students to experience.
On two days in the October school holidays we had great assistance from staff of TravelEdge, Suncorp, Volunteers NSW & Bunnings Randwick. Funding for this project was possible through the Kirk Keating Bequest. Kirk was a long term volunteer whose left a bequest from his estate for the long term development of the gardens at Wairoa.
The assistance from our corporate volunteers was greatly appreciated by our school community and this walkway and other garden areas will develop over the years ahead.
